Hi, I'm Fay
I'm the person behind Connected Companions. I've always had a deep connection with animals and have cared for a wide range of species throughout my life. I have a genuine love for animals and believe they deserve care that is patient, respectful and individual to them.
I understand how important trust is when leaving a pet in someone else's care, which is why I focus on reliability, communication and treating every animal as if they were my own.
I have extensive hands-on experience working with a wide variety of animals, including those with rescue backgrounds, anxiety, and specific behavioural or handling requirements. I currently care for a Romanian rescue dog and a rescue cat, giving me strong insight into patience, learning, trust-building and adapting care to the individual animal.
My approach is loving, patient, caring and continually learning. I focus on reading body language, respecting boundaries, and building trust at the animal's pace. Safety, comfort and communication are always prioritised.

I offer free meet and greets so both pet and owner feel comfortable before any booking. Transparency about behaviour and needs is encouraged.
